Do you believe in Chi energy and it’s power to heal our minds and bodies, and if not, why not?

Thanks in advance. There is actually scientific proof that meditation calms and stills the mind if practiced enough. Even Psychiatrists have started recommending it to patients in the last couple of years… Very few atheists would believe in that. I personally don’t nor do I know any that do. There is no evidence to suggest that it works in any way shape of form.

I heard before that most only give very basic stretching but real yoga has a lot more to it. I was just wondering what that is all about exactly. Is it more complex moves or is there a specific spiritual implication? People like Tom can just avoid answering entirely. Apparently, "REAL" yoga only consists of breathing exersises and meditation. The different poses and stretches were basically added in the early 1960s. Check out the article below.

What does it take to feel such things when you just dont sense it and dont know how to build up on it? Is there a shortcut to it as well? Another way to do this to pray, prayers go to the spiritual world, and if your about to feel spirits for example around you from the spiritual world, you will be more open to yourself and your abilities as well…..Astral projections is another way to be more in tune with your spirit and the spiritual world around you.

Open to any location. Looking for about month long meditation/yoga/spiritual retreat center, but I don’t have a lot of money, and I’m not looking for a luxury vacation anyhow. You can meditate in my back yard if you don’t mind the cold and a few feral cats.
