I have never heard of chakra balancing massage, I know there’s healing massage & spirutal healing which heals & balances the chakras.

Yes.. but I call it "centering". It’s basically a form of meditation. When I find it necessary to center again, I sit in a comfortable position on the floor in a room that is filled with white light, close my eyes, blank my mind, and visualize my body and the energies moving within it. I then look at the nodes of energy, or "chakras" and see how they’re aligned. Then, with a little concentration, I re-align these chakras and the energy flow between them returns to normal. It’s far simpler than it sounds, and depending on the amount of time it takes for you to get into the meditation in the first place, it takes 10-25 min.

Well this is kinda a loaded question.. Most people in the scientific world will say anything like "Chakra Cleansing ect.." is fraud because there’s no hard science behind it to prove it actually works. But as most people in Alt med will tell you if you believe it works and it has helped you then that’s all that matters. It could be called what some say is a "placebo" effect but it all comes down to what each individual believes. Now i am a science person, a licensed health care professional and i love medicine and it works well for most all of the population. But i won’t snub other treatment options if they won’t cause harm to a patient and are worth a shot. I have seen Alt med stuff work even though i couldn’t explain how and in the next person who tried it, it failed.. But I do believe that regular medicine should be the first go to in any treatment option and if alt med stuff like cleansing and balancing is to supplement medical treatment then go for it… But in the end it’s all about what you believe in and want to try.
PS: Of course here i am a person with deep christian faith who also beleives in science, i am a contradiction in terms.
what is deferent between ,clean chakra and balancing and open? the main guestion is how can i solve my problems in emotional chakra?
In Reiki the Three Diamonds are the earth energy chakra or hara, the head or spiritual energy hara and the heart hara.
My daily meditations include bringing the earth energy and spiritual energy into my body and putting them both in my heart hara.
If all three haras are not in balance you can have problems with one area or another.
